Answers before you ask

The five questions every buyer asks before placing a first order.

Trial orders from 100 sets, regular orders from 500 sets, and annual framework agreements from 5,000 sets per year. Mixed configurations can be combined to reach the MOQ.

No. The NMJL annual card is a copyrighted publication; we don't print, supply, or reproduce it. Tiles are built to the standard 152-tile play configuration, and the card is purchased directly from NMJL.

The play configuration is 152 tiles (including 8 jokers). Factory-standard sets ship 160–166 tiles — the 152-tile configuration plus spare tiles — so you always have enough for play. Tell us your preferred shipped count and we'll confirm it in the spec sheet.

FOB, with the port confirmed per order. Physical sampling takes 7–10 days; regular production runs 30–45 days depending on quantity and customization; repeat orders from stock can ship in as little as 7 days.

Yes. Tiles, case fabric and printed packaging all support Pantone matching, and we offer logo engraving or printing plus private-label branding. Color and face are confirmed on the physical sample before mass production.
