Trial orders from 100 sets, regular orders from 500 sets, and annual framework agreements from 5,000 sets per year. There are no ambiguous minimums — these three tiers are the same in our quotation, FAQ and contract.

Yes. Different play styles, tile sizes, or back colors can be mixed in one order and combined to reach the MOQ tier — useful when testing several markets at once.

The play configuration is 152 tiles (including 8 jokers). Factory-standard sets ship 160–166 tiles — the 152-tile configuration plus spare tiles — so a set always has enough for play. Your preferred shipped count is confirmed in the spec sheet.

The size refers to the tile length. We always quote the full length × width × thickness in the spec sheet, because rack slot width must match tile thickness — never order on a single number.

Compression-molded melamine or multi-layer acrylic. Color names such as "Jade", "Fei Cui Jade" or "Ivory" describe the finish color, not the material.

7–10 days. Samples are produced with the tile, rack and case together so you can verify fit. Color and face are signed off against the sample before mass production.

Production runs 30–45 days depending on quantity and customization. Repeat orders from stock can ship in as little as 7 days.

FOB, with the port confirmed per order. Payment and shipping details are confirmed in the quotation.

Yes — tiles, case fabric and printed packaging support Pantone matching, plus logo engraving or printing and private-label branding. Color and face are confirmed on the physical sample before production.

Cases and accessories start from 100 pieces. Below that we can match existing stock or combine your batch with other buyers' production.

No. The NMJL annual card is a copyrighted publication; we don't print, supply or reproduce it. Tiles are built to the standard 152-tile play configuration, and the card is purchased directly from NMJL.

Export compliance documents are provided on request. Certification and registration follow the destination country's current regulations and order confirmation.
